Design, validate, and submit direct mail without leaving the browser.
The client's customers used to ship PDFs back and forth, get them kicked back for indicia placement or barcode clear zones, and re-do the round trip. Mail Portal moves the entire design + validation loop into the browser, with USPS-aware overlays and per-template guardrails so nothing leaves design without already being deliverable.

USPS validation
Live overlays for every regulated zone. Toggle them on while designing. Anything outside the safe area or inside a clear zone surfaces immediately, not after the proof is back.
Submission flow
Status badges, brand thumbnails on the dashboard, stubbed integrations for auth, address validation, NCOA, and Lob hand-off ready to swap in production endpoints.
